The virus was the feint to get people to lineup and insist on participating in a vast pharma-mafia scam to experiment with new tech and cash in big time. It is a roaring success. In India, 9 vaccines have been approved for use, and I believe one of them is Moderna's Spikevax. In China, 6 vaccines have been approved for use.
Looking at the 3 approved vaccines in the U.S. (2/3 of which are mRNA, and with Janssen thrown under the bus at every turn), it's pretty clear the biggest priority wasn't encouraging vaccination. It was encouraging mRNA vaccination.
